About the Role Drive Revenue. Build Teams. Own Results.
We’re hiring a Retail and Field Marketing Manager to own all face-to-face lead generation, including but not limited to local home shows and retail partnerships like Costco. This is a hands‑on leadership role with accountability for planning, recruiting, team performance, and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Launch and scale high‑performing event and retail lead generation retail and events program.
Hire, train, and manage part‑time Event Sales Representatives appointment setters.
Maximize set lead volume, demo rates, and conversion.
Build relationships with retail partners to ensure consistent brand presence.
Attend events and visit retail locations to coach your team to deliver results.
Qualifications
3+ years in sales, marketing, or team leadership (home services preferred)
Experience with event marketing, canvassing, or direct sales.
Strong recruiting, leadership and team‑building experience
Excellent communication and people skills
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
Weekend availability for major events and in‑store activations.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Proven history of meeting/exceeding KPIs and growing a department
