Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, for 3D Experiential Designer. What you will do
Conceptualize and design immersive brand environments and installations aligned with client goals and creative strategies. Develop mood boards, sketches, detailed visual presentations, and impactful visual decks using tools like Canva, Google Slides, and other AI-powered platforms. Create scaled CAD floorplans and conduct site visits to ensure accurate, full‑scale drawings and spatial accuracy. Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, Krea, and others for conceptual development and ideation. Produce high quality 3D renderings and visualizations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max. Collaborate with internal teams to translate creative briefs into logistically feasible, compelling spatial solutions. Understanding build materials, offering insights into their use for both short‑term impact and long‑term durability, with a keen understanding of fabrication and budget considerations. Apply knowledge of lighting design principles to enhance spatial ambiance, understanding what works effectively in experiential environments. Participate in client presentations and internal reviews, articulating design intent clearly and confidently. Stay current with design trends, new materials, and innovative technologies to push creative boundaries. Who you are

BA or BFA in graphic design, visual communications, or related fields. 4+ years of experience in experiential, spatial, or environmental design. Strong proficiency in design and visualization software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, and rendering programs. Experience creating impactful visual decks using Canva, Google Slides, and AI tools. Proven ability to produce scaled CAD floorplans and detailed renderings. Experience using G‑Suite, Keynote, Slack and Canvas. Experience conducting site visits to gather accurate measurements and insights. Knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and budgeting for experiential projects. Familiarity with lighting principles relevant to experiential design. Ability to present and explain design concepts effectively to clients and internal teams. Additional Requirements
Must submit a portfolio or samples of relevant work to be considered 25% travel expected Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours based on event schedules. Must have a personal vehicle for occasional local travel – mileage compensation provided. A valid driver’s license Hiring Range: $125,000 – $145,000 commensurate with experience.
