Tasks and responsibilities
Development of AMEC regional Go-to-Market strategy for Full Service Foundry
Driving business development activities in AMEC region with a focus on Full Service Foundry offering
Creating a funnel of opportunities in AMEC and ensuring the achievement of regional design-win targets
Identifying, escalating, highlighting, driving, and following up on opportunities to identify success factors/requirements for business-wins
Identifying, escalating, highlighting, driving, and following up on business risks and obstacles to business success
Building relationships with new customers in the region until they are mature enough to be handed over to sales for account management
Close collaboration with PL Head and Product Managers for technology roadmaps and market research across AMEC region
Consolidate technical questions/issues from AMEC customers and drive solutions with local System Solution Engineers as well as with the technical expert team within the PL
Recognized at the customer as a dedicated BL/PL representative with leverage into BL/PL management and decision-making power
Educating regional sales on BL/PL strategy and goals, as well as educating BL/PL management on regional/customer needs
Perform market and competitor analysis in the region and develop a regional market strategy, including Go-to-Market measures
Identifying and onboarding regional partners to serve as multipliers and an extended hand for our business development efforts
Support technology design-in, technology launch, and consolidate technology demand planning (short-term product allocation, long-term LTA) with sales and demand planner and drive execution together with regional sales
Identifying relevant regional industry events and trade shows, plan participation and execute presence either with a booth or simply by visiting for networking or customer meetings
Supporting the creation of marketing materials (videos, website, demos) to increase market awareness of the Full Service Foundry portfolio
Qualifications
University education in Electronics, Physics or Semiconductor Technology, with MBA as a plus
Several (3+) years of experience in the semiconductor industry, plus several (3+) years in a marketing or business development role
Familiarity with service business models, ideally in semiconductor manufacturing
Background in IC design, particularly in analog or mixed signal, is a plus
Experience with product launch, sales channel, and business partner management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
High level of motivation and commitment.
Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
