Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to support a CRM-based relationship platform used to deliver merchant services and business banking capabilities. This role focuses on building new capabilities for new service customers while enhancing existing functionality. The ideal candidate will lead a scrum team, work closely with line-of-business partners, and drive prioritization and delivery across the CRM ecosystem. This is a 24‑month contract assignment with the possibility of conversion to a full‑time employee based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Product Manager for a CRM-based relationship platform supporting merchant services and business banking.
Lead a Scrum team responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining platform capabilities.
Partner with Lines of Business (LOB) to gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage defects.
Drive product roadmaps that support new service customers while maintaining shared capabilities.
Work across the broader CRM organization to ensure alignment and reuse of capabilities.
Act as a consultative partner to business stakeholders to help them understand capabilities and options.
Facilitate feedback loops with bankers and merchant‑facing teams to ensure solutions meet needs.
Balance strategic product vision with hands‑on execution to drive measurable results.
Required Qualifications Experience:
5–6 years of relevant experience in digital product management, CRM platforms, or related roles. Experience in business banking and/or merchant services is strongly preferred. 4+ years of Digital Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education, is also considered.
Technical Skills:
Demonstrated experience leading Agile/Scrum teams. Proven ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders. Strong relationship‑building and consultative skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce platform experience is highly desirable.
Prior experience in a banker, merchant‑facing, or merchant customer management role.
Experience building or enhancing CRM platforms used by multiple business units.
A background working in financial services environments.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: $53.12/hr - $54.83/hr
