Contract Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to support a CRM-based relationship platform used by banks to deliver merchant services and business banking capabilities. This role will focus on building new capabilities for net-new service customers while enhancing existing features across multiple lines of business. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong product ownership, CRM expertise, and experience working with business banking or merchant services. Responsibilities
Serve as Product Manager for a CRM-based platform supporting merchant services and business banking Lead Agile/Scrum team delivering Salesforce-based product enhancements and new capabilities Partner with Lines of Business (LOB) to gather requirements and prioritize features Drive product roadmap for new and existing CRM capabilities Collaborate across CRM teams to ensure alignment and avoid duplication Act as a consultative partner to business stakeholders Facilitate feedback from bankers and merchant-facing teams Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution Required Qualifications
4+ years of Digital Product Management experience Strong experience with CRM platforms Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and LOB partners Strong prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience in business banking and/or merchant services Salesforce platform experience Experience in financial services environments Prior exposure to banker or merchant-facing roles Experience working on enterprise CRM platforms Key Competencies
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management Results-driven with ownership mindset Strategic thinking with execution focus Ability to translate business needs into product solutions
