Digital Product Manager (CRM / Merchant Services)
We are looking for a skilled Digital Product Manager to support a CRM-driven platform powering merchant services and business banking capabilities. This role focuses on building new features for new customers while enhancing existing solutions used across multiple business units.
If you have a strong background in product management, CRM platforms (especially Salesforce), and experience in banking or merchant services—this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
Lead product management for a CRM-based platform supporting merchant services and business banking
Manage and guide an Agile Scrum team delivering Salesforce-based solutions
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and resolve defects
Drive product roadmap strategy for new and existing capabilities
Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and avoid duplication
Act as a trusted advisor to business partners on product strategy and capabilities
Incorporate feedback from bankers and merchant-facing teams to improve user experience
Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
✅ Required Qualifications
5–6 years of experience in digital product management or CRM platforms
Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to prioritize competing business needs
Experience in business banking and/or merchant services
Background in financial services
Experience with enterprise CRM platforms across multiple teams
Collaborative and relationship-driven mindset
Strong ownership and results orientation
Ability to translate business needs into product strategy
Proactive, curious, and solution-focused
