We're looking for a BDR who has done this before, understands the reality of great BDR work — and is ready to hit the ground running. You've made cold calls, written prospecting emails, and you know how to handle a "no" without losing momentum. This isn't a training program. It's a real role with real expectations. But if you're someone who thrives on the hunt, gets better through feedback, and wants to be part of something that's still being built, there's a lot of upside here. What You'll Do

Prospect into multifamily property management companies via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn Set qualified meetings for Account Executives Research accounts to make outreach sharper and more relevant Identify prospect pain points and assess potential fit Keep HubSpot clean and activity data accurate Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging and improve execution Hit weekly activity and meeting targets — and build toward bigger ones Who We're Looking For
