
Corporate Brand Strategy Coordinator

The Corporate Brand Strategy Coordinator for the Corporate Brand Strategy team will play a critical role in supporting foundational initiatives and projects that enable the broader Corporate Sales organization.
The Corporate Brand Strategy team serves as the ideation and strategy arm of the Corporate Sales division. The team supports the Corporate Sales and Partnership Management teams by assisting in the development and creation of partnership opportunities that connect national brands with Learfield universities and their fan bases.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support the creation, maintenance, and updating of introductory (“101”) sales materials for the Corporate Sales and Partnership Management teams, including presentations, one-sheets, case studies, research, and data.
Organize and manage shared folders and documentation to ensure materials are accessible and up to date.
Assist sales staff with customization of materials for specific clients and partnership opportunities.
Communicate updates to sales staff regarding new or revised materials and completed projects.
Support a pipeline of new and existing client projects as assigned by the Associate Manager, collaborating with team members and stakeholders as needed.
Research and analyze brand marketing strategies to identify and develop activation opportunities that support client objectives.
Assist with pricing exercises and analysis for new partnership opportunities.
Help synthesize research and data to strengthen storytelling within partnership proposals.
Develop working knowledge of Learfield product categories, including traditional sponsorship assets (in-venue signage, promotions, etc.), centerpiece assets (jersey patches, on-field/court logos), and digital assets (social, programmatic, content, etc.).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, activation best practices, and emerging marketing and media opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
Internship or early career experience in marketing, brand strategy, or partnerships or experience supporting projects or campaigns
Exposure to sports, media, or agency environments (not required, but helpful)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality of work
High level of initiative with a collaborative, support-oriented mindset
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments
Strong aptitude for learning and intellectual curiosity
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams
Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
