
Paid Media Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to support global growth campaigns across multiple paid channels. This role focuses on driving user acquisition and improving performance across SEM, paid social, and affiliate channels.
What You'll Do
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, and other performance channels
Support strategy, execution, and testing to improve campaign performance and meet KPIs
Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
Monitor and report on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and creative teams
Stay updated on trends and identify new growth opportunities
What You Bring
5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media / performance marketing
Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, or similar
Strong understanding of campaign optimization, testing, and performance metrics
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Experience working in fast-paced, growth-focused environments
