SEEDWAY, LLC is a full-line seed company providing high quality, high-performing farm seed products as well as lawn and turf products throughout Pennsylvania, New York, New England states, Florida, and South Carolina. We offer a leading line of vegetable seed for growers in the United States and Eastern Canada. The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives across SEEDWAY’s Farm, Turf, and Vegetable Seed business units. This position supports the development and delivery of marketing materials, promotions, events, and digital content that drive brand visibility and support sales performance. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agriculture-focused environment. What you will do Marketing & Content Execution Support development and production of product brochures, catalogs, print advertising, and direct mail campaigns Coordinate marketing materials that promote product lines and strengthen SEEDWAY’s brand presence Manage literature needs across Farm, Turf, and Vegetable Seed divisions Assist with advertising development and placement across various channels Support execution of dealer programs, sales promotions, and marketing campaigns Develop sales support materials including mailers, ads, and promotional pieces Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and field needs Events & Trade Shows Coordinate trade show materials, booth setup, and logistics for major industry events Manage trade show registrations across all business units within budget guidelines Assist with planning and execution of internal meetings and events for Farm, Turf, and Vegetable Seed divisions Brand & Promotional Items Oversee SEEDWAY-branded promotional merchandise, including ordering, inventory, and distribution Ensure brand consistency across all materials and communications Digital & Social Media Manage social media content creation, scheduling, and publishing Support digital marketing efforts to increase engagement and visibility Data & Reporting Assist with collection and distribution of plot performance data for the Farm Seed Division Maintain organized records and support reporting needs across marketing initiatives General Marketing Support Provide support to the Director of Marketing and Public Relations on key initiatives and projects Assist with internal communications, training materials, and company-wide marketing efforts Support cross-functional and executive-level projects as assigned What you will bring Normally requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Management, or other ag-related area or the equivalent thereof, and 3 - 5 years or more of marketing communications-related work experience. A fundamental understanding of agricultural production and business is preferred. Requires proficiency in software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe In Design, Adobe PhotoShop, and Quark preferred. Must be willing to travel independently and overnight. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
