Job Description
This is a remote position.
Advanced Access Staff is seeking a Property Marketing Coordinator to support property management companies and real estate teams across Florida.
This role focuses on marketing vacant units, managing listings, generating leads, and ensuring properties are presented effectively across digital platforms such as Zillow, Apartments.com, and MLS systems.
You will play a key role in helping clients reduce vacancy rates and increase leasing speed .
Key Responsibilities
Create and publish property listings on platforms such as:
Zillow
Apartments.com
Craigslist
MLS (if applicable)
Write compelling property descriptions and marketing copy
Coordinate property photos, videos, and virtual tours
Update pricing, availability, and unit details regularly
Manage and respond to inbound inquiries from prospective tenants
Track listing performance and lead activity
Collaborate with leasing teams to optimize lead conversion
Maintain brand consistency across all listings
Requirements
Experience in property management, real estate marketing, or digital marketing
Strong written communication skills (English required)
Familiarity with listing platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.)
Experience with property management software is a plus:
AppFolio
Buildium
Yardi
Basic knowledge of marketing principles and lead generation
Highly organized and detail-oriented
