Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid) Maple Shade, NJ | Hybrid Schedule About the Role We are a growing, client-focused insurance agency seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and grow a commercial P&C client portfolio. This hybrid role is based in Maple Shade, NJ and offers flexibility for experienced professionals who can work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded commercial insurance professional with strong technical knowledge and a client-first mindset. What You’ll Do Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage reviews Support new business onboarding and assist producers as needed Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing consultative coverage guidance Collaborate with producers, carrier partners, and internal support teams Stay current on carrier appetites, market trends, and coverage developments What We’re Looking For 3+ years of commercial P&C insurance experience Strong generalist knowledge across major commercial lines Proven ability to manage client relationships and support retention Excellent communication and organizational skills Active Property & Casualty license required Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Maple Shade, NJ Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $60,000–$80,000 , depending on experience Performance-based incentives and bonus potential Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO Supportive team culture with long-term growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
