What We’re Looking For APodcast Producer & Marketer to take full ownership of two podcast brands under the Snapshot umbrella: MasterMined and Creative Assembly: The Spark . These aren’t just shows, they’re a core part of how we engage our creative community, share thought leadership, and shape the conversation around marketing and innovation.
This role manages the entire podcast lifecycle : topic development, guest booking, production, editing, publishing, and promotion. You’ll use tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Opus, Figma, ChatGPT, and WordPress to produce cohesive, branded content across platforms. You’ll also serve as the marketing engine, building launch materials, social toolkits, email campaigns, and internal communication decks.
In addition to podcast production, you’ll contribute to Snapshot’s broader marketing , including campaign rollouts, social distribution, event content, and internal promotions. You’ll own your process in Monday.com, ensuring every asset, deadline, and stakeholder is accounted for.
This is a high-autonomy role for someone who loves storytelling, has a sharp creative eye, and thrives in collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities This is a strategic content role blending editorial instinct with channel fluency. You will shape how our agency shows up and how that presence turns into performance.
Own the production pipeline for MasterMined and The Spark
Source and schedule guests; develop topic frameworks and discussion points
Edit long- and short-form content using Adobe Premiere, Audition, and related tools
Use ChatGPT to generate show notes, blog posts, social copy, and email templates
Publish and schedule episodes on Libsyn, YouTube, and WordPress
Build branded social assets and video clips using Opus and Figma
Assemble launch decks and distribute to internal stakeholders
Track project timelines and tasks in Monday.com
Support broader Snapshot marketing campaigns, promotional events, and social content
Attend and capture content at Creative Assembly events
Monitor podcast and social performance; identify opportunities to grow reach and engagement

Required Skills 2–4 years in podcast production, content creation, or marketing
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Audition, Photoshop/Illustrator)
Hands‑on experience with Figma, Opus, ChatGPT, and WordPress
Experience managing projects in Monday.com or similar PM tools
A passion for storytelling and understanding of social‑first content
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
Creative, curious, and proactive in testing new ways to increase reach and engagement
