The position requires significant prior experience in that role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the daily on-site supervision, scheduling and coordination of all sub-trades, project field documentation, coordination and safety meetings, storm-water management compliance, and job-site safety requirements necessary to timely complete local, new, ground-up commercial construction projects.
