About our Agency I opened my agency in 2008 after spending 21 years as a Sales Manager for one of the most profitable newspapers in the country. A close friend who was a State Farm agent introduced me to the opportunity, and it turned out to be the perfect next chapter—combining leadership, coaching, and long-term relationship building. Today, our team includes five knowledgeable professionals, and we’ve built an easygoing, supportive environment where people genuinely enjoy working together.

I’m a proud parent of twins—one attending college in Alabama and the other at LSU—and family continues to shape how I lead and support my team. Giving back is a big part of who we are. We stay involved with food banks, Bikes for School programs, playground sponsorships, church initiatives, and I’m also the founder of a local fishing tournament that brings the community together.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.

Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.

Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.

Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.

Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.

Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.

Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
