Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Account Executive who is passionate about building strong partnerships and contributing to our mission of positively impacting lives. Additional requirements include prospecting and developing a unique territory plan, proficiency opening new business, and experience radiating and growing accounts. As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving Medix’s growth and building lasting client partnerships. Your

key responsibilities will include:


What You'll Do

Learn the fundamentals of the Medix recruiting process

  • Source and identify qualified candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, networking groups, and other creative outlets.
  • Evaluate candidates through phone screens, virtual interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly performance quotas for screenings, interviews, reference checks, and resume submissions.
  • Generate and pursue sales leads to expand business opportunities.
  • Engage in weekly progress meetings to strengthen product knowledge and recruitment strategies.


Sales Development

  • Participate in sales role plays to strengthen communication and closing skills.
  • Engage in progress meetings to enhance product and sales knowledge.
  • Shadow account executives during client meetings to gain hands-on experience.
  • Take part in ongoing coaching sessions, role plays, and weekly progress meetings.
  • Conduct cold calls to secure new meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build and develop territory by identifying and qualifying potential prospects.



Strategic Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through targeted prospecting, networking,
  • and industry research to expand our client base.
  • Relationship Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client organizations through association memberships, networking groups, and social media.
  • Territory Management: Develop and execute strategic territory plans, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Client Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct compelling presentations and negotiate contract terms to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaboration & Placement Support: Partner with our recruiting teams to ensure successful client and candidate placements, providing valuable insights and support.
  • Performance Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the Medix team.


WHO YOU ARE:

  • Ideal candidates will possess 2-3+ years of inside or outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • We value a collaborative spirit and a commitment to working effectively within a team environment.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to succeed
  • Proven initiative and the ability to self-motivate
  • Multitasking and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working within a results-driven culture, where you’ll meet and exceed visible KPIs
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but not required)


HOW YOU’LL BE EVALUATED:

  • Weekly KPIs: outreach, cold calls, meetings booked, and client touchpoints
  • Quarterly new business: number of new accounts opened
  • Revenue growth: quarterly and annual billing contributions
  • Client engagement and retention
  • Collaboration with recruiting team and overall team impact
