Job Tittle: Marketing Project Manager
Location: Bridgewater, NJ (3 Days onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
• Supports the Group Benefits Regional Business Customer/Broker Marketing by managing the intake and assignment of marketing requests from the sales team
• Organize meetings and liaise with external partners
• Assist with updating PowerPoint presentations
• Editing of materials as needed
• Provide reporting on status and effectiveness of marketing projects
• Assist with event planning and ordering of collateral
• Provide support on other marketing projects as needed
• Proactively identifies process and project management improvements or enhancements to existing workflows
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with solid project management experience
• Experience working with Workfront
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products with intermediate PowerPoint skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet delivery timelines and manage multiple stakeholder requests
• Strong active listening skills to understand stakeholder needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Team player with experience interacting with different functional areas and personality styles
• Self-starter with ability to make/contribute to recommendations, prioritize, manage and track multiple projects
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of three years of experience in marketing-related jobs or project management/coordination positions
