Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Manager to oversee key staffing partnerships and MSP (Managed Service Provider) programs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in workforce solutions, contingent labor programs, and vendor management systems (VMS), with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and driving program success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned MSP programs and key client accounts.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP partners, client hiring managers, and internal delivery teams.
· Manage end-to-end staffing delivery including requisition management, candidate submittals, onboarding, and performance tracking.
· Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure high-quality, timely candidate submissions aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
· Monitor account metrics, analyze trends, and develop action plans to improve fill rates, cycle times, and client satisfaction.
· Partner with MSP representatives to address program challenges, negotiate solutions, and support compliance with program requirements.
· Prepare and present regular business reviews and performance reports for clients and leadership.
· Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, or process improvement to strengthen partnerships and expand revenue.
· Ensure adherence to client-specific compliance, onboarding, and operational policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 3–5 years of experience in account management or client services within a staffing agency or workforce solutions company.
· Proven success managing MSP programs or working within a VMS environment (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, Workday, etc.).
· Strong understanding of contingent labor, staffing operations, and client delivery models.
· Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.
· Recruiting experience is a plus.
PREFERRED:
· Experience with small retail accounts, national or enterprise-level staffing programs.
· Exposure to multiple industry verticals (e.g., IT, professional, light industrial, healthcare).
· Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
