ABOUT THE ROLE The Account Manager plays a key role in managing and optimizing Equiliem’s presence within MSP and VMS-driven staffing programs. This position is responsible for overseeing requisition flow, driving fulfillment strategy, and building strong relationships with MSP program teams and vendor partners. Success in this role comes from more than execution—it requires sound judgment in prioritizing requisitions, understanding where Equiliem can win, and identifying opportunities to expand within existing accounts. The Account Manager acts as the bridge between program expectations and recruiting delivery, ensuring both alignment and performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Requisition & Program Management Requisition Strategy & Program Navigation • Manage daily req flow across MSP/VMS platforms, reviewing 20+ requisitions and determining prioritization • Evaluate pay rates, competition, and fillability to guide recruiting focus • Ensure accurate submission formatting, rate alignment, and compliance with program guidelines • Monitor performance against SLAs, fill rates, and response times MSP Relationship Management & Communication • Serve as the primary point of contact for MSP program managers and vendor partners • Build strong working relationships within MSP structures (often without direct hiring manager access) • Lead program calls, providing updates on activity, challenges, and market feedback • Proactively escalate issues and offer solutions to maintain performance Delivery Alignment & Execution • Partner closely with recruiting teams to communicate priorities and drive fulfillment outcomes • Translate program requirements into clear direction for delivery teams • Ensure alignment between account strategy and recruiting execution • Identify and address gaps impacting performance Account Growth & Expansion • Identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts through increased requisition coverage • Ask probing questions to uncover new projects, business units, or hiring needs • Participate in growth conversations with MSP partners and internal leadership • Support efforts to strengthen Equiliem’s footprint across managed programs Compliance, Documentation & Reporting • Ensure all activity meets documentation, accuracy, and compliance requirements • Maintain audit-ready records across VMS and internal systems • Track and report on performance metrics including submittals, starts, and fulfillment ratios • Provide insights to improve delivery strategy and operational efficiency

WHAT YOU’LL BRING • 2+ years of staffing experience within MSP/VMS environments ( non-negotiable ) • Hands-on experience with VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) • Experience managing high-volume requisition flow (20+ req/day environments preferred) • Strong understanding of staffing in

manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, or light industrial • Ability to prioritize requisitions based on likelihood to fill and business impact • Experience building relationships with MSP program teams or vendor managers • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Preferred • Full desk or account management experience (recruiting + client interaction) • Experience supporting multi-site or national programs • Exposure to performance metrics, reporting, or process improvement

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & WORK DETAILS Salary:

$60,000 - $70,000 base with account management commission Classification:
