Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

A Day in the Life:
Client Experience & Design
- Lead in-person and virtual consultations with clients
- Guide clients through design options, gemstones, materials, and pricing
- Present concepts, stones, and quotes clearly and confidently
- Manage ongoing client communication (email, messaging, follow-ups)
- Secure approvals on designs, CADs, and final details before production
- Support clients post-purchase (updates, resizes, repairs, etc.)
Design Documentation & Production Handoff
- Translate client vision into clear, accurate production specifications
- Ensure all order details are properly documented in internal systems
- Coordinate closely with production to ensure feasibility and alignment
- Communicate revisions and feedback between clients and internal teams
Quality Control
- Inspect finished jewelry for quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship
- Ensure final pieces match approved designs and specifications
- Approve or flag items for rework before shipment
- Track and document defects, issues, and resolutions
- Partner with production to resolve quality issues quickly
Process & Improvement
- Identify recurring issues in design or production and suggest improvements
- Help refine design documentation and quality standards
- Support inventory checks and material verification when needed
What You’ll Need:
- 1 year Minium experience in jewelry industry
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service within luxury and or design industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects and timelines
- A problem-solver who can think both creatively and operationally
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with gemstones, materials, or production processes is a plus
