The Opportunity


We're looking for a seasoned Sales Account Executive with a proven track record to join our expanding team. This is a senior-level role for someone who doesn't need to be taught how to sell — you know how to build a pipeline, close deals, and grow accounts strategically. What You'll Do


  • Drive new business development across local, regional, and national advertisers in the Las Vegas market
  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts through consultative, relationship-based selling
  • Lead the full sales cycle — prospecting, needs analysis, proposals, negotiation, and close
  • Develop strategic advertising solutions tailored to each client's marketing objectives
  • Consistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly revenue goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insight and OOH expertise
  • Collaborate with operations and creative teams to ensure flawless campaign execution
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in CRM
  • Represent Las Vegas Billboards at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities


What We're Looking For


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, OOH, or a related industry
  • A strong, verifiable history of exceeding sales quotas at a senior level
  • Established relationships within the Las Vegas business, hospitality, or entertainment community — a major advantage
  • Sophisticated consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Executive-level communication and presentation ability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you treat your territory like your own business
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong command of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales pipeline management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing book of business in the Las Vegas/Southern Nevada market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
