Job Description:
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing. Validate Salesforce configurations, including workflows, validation rules, process builder, and flows. Test Salesforce integrations with external systems (APIs, middleware). Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. Collaborate with developers and admins to resolve issues and ensure quality releases. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or Provar. Perform data migration and ETL validation testing. Provide QA sign-off for releases and deployments.
