Commercial Customer Service Representative
Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is currently looking for a Commercial Customer Service Representative. The Commercial CSR will report directly to the Commercial Customer Service Manager. The primary responsibility is to book sales requests through the receipt of inbound phone calls, email requests, making of outbound phone calls, and any other means deemed necessary by the Commercial Inside Sales Manager. Responsibilities Answer queue calls for service, quotes and follow ups. Receive and respond to email requests for service, quotes and follow ups. Receive and respond to requests generated from employees. Qualify all customer requests and process accordingly. Enter information into company proprietary systems to be allocated to appropriate department. Follow all call center policies and procedures. Make outbound phone calls to follow up on sales proposals issued by outside salesman. Participate in the after hours process. Participate in any additional administrative tasks as directed by the Commercial Inside Sales Manager. Requirements Willingness to work 100% in office 3+ years of experience in call center or sales environment Microsoft Office experience specifically in Word, Outlook and Excel Excellent communication and organizational skills required Quick learner with the ability to multitask. Good interpersonal skills Customer service fundamental knowledge Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
