Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients regarding bills, EOBs, set up payment plans, etc. Resolve patient inquiries regarding billing in a fast-paced environment Qualifications
Customer service experience Call center experience Medical insurance/billing knowledge (preferred) Data entry Must be able to input data quickly and accurately Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to multitask on tasks between calls Benefits Package Includes
