Handle inbound and outbound pharmacy-related calls Assist patients with prescription status, refill scheduling, and delivery coordination Provide accurate information regarding billing, insurance, and medication shipments Route calls to appropriate teams (pharmacists, nurses) when required Maintain detailed and accurate notes in the system Support medical claims processing and update patient records Ensure high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism Identify and elevate adverse events or product complaints for patient safety Required Skills & Qualifications:

At least 1+ year of recent call center experience Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Attention to detail and ability to multitask Preferred (Nice to Have):

Pharmacy or healthcare experience Knowledge of medical terminology or medical office workflows
