Our client is seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to support an Executive Director across both professional and personal responsibilities. This role will serve as a true right hand, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is sharp, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth coordination across professional and personal commitments Manage a complex and ever-changing calendars Coordinate domestic and international travel Handle inbox management and day-to-day correspondence Assist with personal tasks and errands Assist with projects across multiple organizations and initiatives Provide research, summarize information, and support decision-making Assist with organization and financial tracking for family office matters Qualifications
3-7+ years of experience to c-suite executives Interest or familiarity with technology or AI-related fields is a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion and sound judgment
