Japanese Bilingual Sales And Office Assistant (Part-Time)

A global company is seeking a Japanese bilingual sales and office assistant to support daily office operations and the sales team. This part-time, onsite role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and fluent in Japanese. The position will work closely with and provide support to sales assistants, assisting with clerical, accounting, and general office duties. Essential job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting sales assistants with daily administrative and clerical tasks Handling incoming phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner Preparing and reviewing business documents using Microsoft Word and Excel Creating and checking documents using the ERP system Performing basic accounting data entry Performing light packaging and shipment preparation Supporting general office maintenance, such as cleaning the coffee machine and serving tea to guests. Qualifications: Business-level Japanese and basic English communication skills required Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel ERP system experience is a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
