• Identify and pursue new real estate acquisition opportunities • Engage with potential sellers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. • Utilize proven scripts and systems to effectively negotiate and close deals. • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads through consistent follow-up and relationship building. • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize acquisition processes. • Analyze market trends to identify profitable investment opportunities. • Comfortable in a
fast-paced, high-volume sales floor. • Able to work
