Location: Near Cuyahoga Falls, OH

Salary: $80,000 - $115,000

Key Responsibilities (Finance Director):

• Oversee all accounting and finance functions, including AP/AR, payroll, and reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to leadership and Board committees.
• Develop and implement multi-year financial and endowment growth plans.
• Maintain accurate financial records and strong internal controls across multiple entities.

Qualifications (Finance Director):

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance; nonprofit experience preferred.
