Key Responsibilities
(Finance Director):
Oversee all accounting and finance functions, including AP/AR, payroll, and reporting in accordance with GAAP.
Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to leadership and Board committees.
Develop and implement multi-year financial and endowment growth plans.
Maintain accurate financial records and strong internal controls across multiple entities.
Qualifications
(Finance Director):
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance; nonprofit experience preferred.
