About the Role
Reason Brand Inc. is seeking a skilled and creative Brand Photographer to lead all visual content creation across our product, campaign, and digital marketing channels. You’ll be responsible for shooting, developing, and executing high-impact photography that captures the energy and authenticity of our streetwear brand.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Brand Managers, you’ll oversee all in-house and on-location photo shoots from concept planning and styling to editing and post-production ensuring every image strengthens our brand identity and drives engagement across e-commerce, wholesale, and social platforms.

Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit product, on-body, and lifestyle photography that aligns with Reason’s brand identity.
Manage in-house studio shoots, including styling, lighting, and setup.
Design and produce web banners, social graphics, and newsletter visuals.
Provide art direction on set; oversee photo selection, retouching, and file delivery.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and merchandising teams to meet content needs.
Maintain and evolve the brand’s photo aesthetic and visual standards.
Develop and execute social and digital content strategies to drive engagement and sales.
Manage relationships with models, stylists, and creative partners for shoots and campaigns.
Stay current with fashion, photography, and social media trends to keep visuals fresh and relevant.
Qualifications 3+ years of professional fashion photography and styling experience (men’s or streetwear preferred).
3+ years of graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Capture One, Lightroom).
Strong creative eye and understanding of branding and composition.
Experience directing or producing shoots in-studio and on-location.
Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.
Passion for streetwear, culture, and visual storytelling.
