Position: Leasing & Marketing Consultant

Location: Washington, D.C.

Pay: $60,000/year + Commission

Experience: 1 year of leasing, sales, and marketing experience.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Must be available up to 7 Days a week (Semi-flexible schedule)

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!

In this role, you’ll support and communicate with up to 20 properties, playing a key part in leasing success, marketing initiatives, and overall property operations. If you’re proactive, organized, and energized by variety, this could be the perfect fit.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and set up property signage to support leasing efforts.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance needs as required.
• Facilitate smooth move-ins and move-outs for residents.
• Act as a primary point of contact for up to 20 assigned properties.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Partner with property teams to ensure consistent communication and performance.
• Monitor leasing activity and identify opportunities for improvement.

Position Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation (required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable taking initiative with strong leadership skills.
