We are seeking a senior leader to own brand strategy, marketing execution, and event-driven revenue growth across a multi-concept hospitality business.


This role is responsible for connecting brand → demand → booked business, ensuring every marketing initiative translates into measurable revenue through catering, events, and in-restaurant traffic.


This is a hands-on leadership role—you will operate at both the strategic and execution level.


What You’ll Own

  • Lead brand strategy across multiple concepts (voice, identity, campaigns, PR, social, web)
  • Drive catering and event sales performance, supporting pipeline development and conversion
  • Oversee digital marketing strategy (SEO/SEM, paid media, email, social) tied to revenue
  • Build and manage event sales systems and CRM processes (Tripleseat or similar preferred)
  • Partner with operations to ensure brand consistency and guest experience alignment
  • Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, creative, and catering/events
  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and optimize performance based on data


Required Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, catering, events, or multi-unit restaurant environments
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through marketing and sales strategy (must be able to speak to results)
  • Experience owning or directly influencing event/catering sales pipeline and bookings
  • Strong understanding of guest experience and hospitality operations
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing (SEO/SEM, paid media, social, email)
  • Experience with CRM or event sales platforms (Tripleseat or similar strongly preferred)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and operate at a senior leadership level


Preferred

  • Experience in multi-concept restaurant or hospitality groups
  • Background in catering, events, or venue-driven businesses
  • Experience building or scaling brand across multiple locations
