Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Shift: 7:30 am - 4 pm, Mon - Fri

• 3 years of data entry experience
• Microsoft Excel skills required
• Experience with an ERP (Epicor) system is a plus
• Experience in manufacturing or a job shop is highly desired
• Must work independently, have a pleasant demeanor, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:

• Answers and routes calls. Assists customers and sales representatives in a proactive and friendly manner.
• Enters customer orders into the ERP system accurately and promptly.
• Creates purchase orders. Obtains approvals and confirms pricing with vendors. Follows up with vendors regarding order status.
• Ensures that purchase orders and packing slips match and that all data is accurate.
• Organizes office and paperwork flow and oversees month-end closing.
• Works closely with production to assist with order entry accuracy.
