Production Coordinator

The Role:

We are seeking a reliable, organized Production Coordinator to support daily operations between production, sales, and scheduling. This role ensures jobs move efficiently from order to production to delivery.

Description:

A team member that follows daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to allow production and sales teams to focus on execution while maintaining clear communication and job flow.

Daily Activities Include:

• Coordinate production scheduling and job tracking
• Communicate order status between sales, production, and shipping
• Track jobs from order entry through completion
• Assist with inventory and material flow
• Support reporting and documentation for operations
