The Client
We’re delighted to be supporting one of the fastest growing AI companies in the world. With two key products they are an AI coding platform for enterprise level customers (think Loveable but on a much larger scale). The platform allows customers to quickly implement AI and replace outdated systems and also can be used by Product Engineering teams to drive dramatic efficiency gains in their speed and ability to develop and ship new products and software solutions.
Launching in 2025 with a SaaS model they hit $15m ARR in December and crossed $40m ARR at the end of Q1. With a significant $175m Series A closing shortly with top tier investors they are forecasting $100m ARR by the end of 2026.
They have an incredible team which is expanding quickly - the culture is very fast paced with lot's of ownership for building. They share huge ambitions to build the company towards an IPO and have won some huge clients in their first 7 months including leading global banks, insurers and healthcare companies.
About the Role
As the GTM Talent & Recruitment Lead you will own the hyper growth of the team with nearly 150 hires planned in 2026
The Talent & Recruitment Leader will be integral in shaping and owning the recruitment function to attract, recruit and develop top talent with a particular focus on building a world class GTM team
This role will suit someone that wants to work with autonomy and have an impact on an early-stage start-up. It will require someone that can think strategically and help shape the future direction of the being hands-on and attract some of the best Sales Leaders in the Enterprise Software space.
Duties:
Work with the Founders and executive team to build out talent strategy and hiring processes to scale Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent Establish best in class employer branding to engage ‘non-active’ talent Implement processes and systems (ATS systems, benchmarking tools etc) to aide recruitment activity at scale and pace Work with the founders and senior leadership to build incentives and strategies to promote and retain top talent Manage and optimize the hiring process to ensure structured, fast-moving and candidate friendly recruitment Work with external agencies to source specific talent when needed Build scalable processes for onboarding and off boarding employees
What you need:
Track record of hiring Enterprise Software and SaaS GTM hires Previous experience working in fast-paced start-up Demonstrable experience establishing recruitment processes Comfortable delivering Exec level searches
What we’d like to see:
Previous experience in a VC backed SaaS start-up Experience taking a company from 50 to 100+ heads
Salary:
$150,000 - $190,000 + Significant Equity
Location : Boston (hybrid is an option but preference for 4 days in office Downtown)
