Summary: The Business Manager – Client & Product within the COO office supports the client and product Corporate Client teams in NY by providing cross departmental day-to-day business management, business development and project management support. They will ensure seamless execution of business strategies across the customer and product lifecycle and work in close co-operation with Compliance, Risk, Operations, & Finance.
Responsibilities: Provide day to day business support to corporates client teams – client and products. Support the strategic business development and COO efforts, partner with respective departmental business heads and support areas and support the planning, analysis and execution of business development initiatives. Provide Project Management support for strategic and operational projects. Support Senior Business Managers in the preparation of analytical or other material (include meeting preparation, presentations, minutes etc.) Analyze client and product data for data quality issues and regulatory requirements. responsibilities in credit process, product approval process, maintenance of FO systems Draft and update relevant bank policies via identifying, liaising and aligning with relevant stakeholders. Audit support for exams, including exam fieldwork and finding remediation support and/or remediate internal and/or external audit findings.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance or related area of study 5+ years of professional experience in financial services, preferably in a bank Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with good project management skillset Must be highly motivated and delivery focused with strong organizational and analytical skills. Strong initiative and good work ethic with flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks as required Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and SharePoint)
