Are you a recent graduate or early career professional interested in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources? We’re seeking an

Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator

to support a broad range of recruiting needs across Early Careers and Functional Recruiting. This role combines sourcing, candidate outreach, coordination, and hands-on operational support—perfect for someone adaptable and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

Ideal Candidate: ✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ✔ 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, coordination, or related work (internships count!) ✔ Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills ✔ Comfortable with hands-on work and shifting priorities ✔ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

What You’ll Do: Support proactive sourcing efforts and engage qualified candidates Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening Assist recruiters with interview scheduling, materials preparation, and managing candidate flow Coordinate communications between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers Prepare and ship materials for career fairs, recruiting events, and internal programs Maintain candidate records and assist with data entry, reporting, and process updates Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support recruiting initiatives and operational projects
