About the Role True Talent Group is looking for a driven Contract Marketing & Creative Recruiter to help identify, engage, and place top-tier marketing, creative, and digital professionals. In this role, you’ll be at the center of the talent ecosystem—building strong pipelines, cultivating relationships, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. This position plays a critical role in sourcing and recruiting contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire talent . You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and hiring partners to understand business needs and match them with outstanding candidates. What You’ll Do Source and attract top marketing, creative, and digital talent through networking, referrals, online sourcing, and industry connections Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and assess qualifications and cultural fit Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for current and future opportunities Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person formats Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring teams Prepare and coach candidates for interviews to ensure strong outcomes Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening processes Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and feedback Serve as a brand ambassador for True Talent Group within the marketing and creative community Stay informed on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the hiring process What You Bring 3+ years of recruiting experience , including at least 1 year recruiting within marketing, creative, or digital talent Demonstrated success sourcing and placing high-quality candidates using modern recruiting tools and methods Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and digital sourcing strategies Strong understanding of candidate evaluation, screening techniques, and recruitment best practices Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously A strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) Apply Now Ready to help great talent find work they love?
