Recruit across multiple functions including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Creative
Partner with hiring managers to refine search strategies and calibrate profiles
Own candidate experience from first touch through offer

Strong recruiting background with a clear “hunter” mentality
Agency or search firm experience preferred (you know the grind)
Sharp communication skills—you can hook talent fast and keep them engaged
