Key Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator
- Provide customer service support via phone, email, and online portals as the Account Coordinator
- Perform data entry, update work order status, and maintain accurate ETA and service information as the Account Coordinator
- Match purchase orders and verify vendor details for accuracy and completeness as the Account Coordinator
- Enter quote approvals, track order progress, and assist with billing documentation as the Account Coordinator
- Coordinate communication between field teams, vendors, and internal staff regarding orders, product evaluations, and site visits as the Account Coordinator
Qualifications for the Account Coordinator
- Prior experience in a customer service, CSR, or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Sampro or similar systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
