Finish Carpenter/ Cabinet Maker

Precision Built Contracting & Design is looking for a dependable carpenter who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We specialize in building custom cabinetry, cabinet installation, finish carpentry, and residential remodeling projects. Our work focuses on quality and precision, and we are looking for someone who enjoys building things the right way. This position includes a mix of shop work building custom cabinets and on-site work installing cabinetry, trim, and assisting with remodeling projects. We are willing to train the right person, but applicants must have construction knowledge and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Build custom cabinetry in the shop

Install custom cabinets and built-ins

Perform finish carpentry including trim, doors, and detailed woodwork

Assist with residential remodeling projects

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements

Construction knowledge required

Experience in cabinetry, finish carpentry, or remodeling preferred

Strong attention to detail

Dependable and punctual

Ability to safely use carpentry tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

What We Offer

$18–$23 per hour depending on experience
