Our client is seeking an experienced
Corporate Real Estate Paralegal
to play a key role in entity formation, corporate governance, and major transactional projects—all within a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values independence and initiative.
What You’ll Do As a trusted partner to attorneys and clients, you will:
Lead the preparation and maintenance of corporate entities (LLCs, corporations, partnerships)
Draft and manage key documents including bylaws, resolutions, operating agreements, and meeting minutes
Oversee domestic and international filings with Secretaries of State and government agencies
Coordinate multi-jurisdictional entity formations and compliance with local counsel
Support high-level transactions such as acquisitions, financings, and sales
Manage corporate records, minute books, and share certificates
Handle EIN applications, dissolutions, and regulatory compliance processes (KYC, etc.)
Facilitate apostille, legalization, and authentication processes globally
Build and maintain tracking systems to ensure seamless client service
Mentor junior team members and supervise support staff

What You Bring
6+ years of corporate and/or real estate paralegal experience
Strong expertise in entity formation and corporate governance
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Confidence working independently and anticipating legal team needs
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
