JR100264**Join our team as a Leasing Specialist!**We’re looking for a motivated and personable Leasing Specialist to join our team in the Madison area. Based out of our 162-unit Prentice Park community, this role will also support leasing efforts for Quisling Terrace (downtown Madison) and The Brittany (Middleton). If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, this could be a great fit.**What You’ll Do*** Lead apartment tours and showcase the community to prospective residents* Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents* Follow up with prospects and work to convert leads into signed leases* Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and local networking* Support move-in and move-out processes* Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries* Complete administrative tasks including service requests, rent support, and resident communications**What You’ll Bring*** A positive, engaging personality and strong customer service mindset* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once* Strong communication and phone skills* Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and property management systems)* Previous leasing or sales experience preferred* Valid drivers license and ability to occasionally travel to the other two properties as needed* Evenings and weekends may be required during peak leasing season or on an as needed basis**Compensation & Benefits*** Hourly pay of $20–$23 based on experience* Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and more* 401(k) with company match* 18 days of PTO and 11.5 paid holidays* Opportunities for growth within a collaborative and supportive teamGorman & Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
