
Leasing Specialist- Madison Area

Join our team as a Leasing Specialist!
We're looking for a motivated and personable Leasing Specialist to join our team in the Madison area. Based out of our 162-unit Prentice Park community, this role will also support leasing efforts for Quisling Terrace (downtown Madison) and The Brittany (Middleton). If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
Lead apartment tours and showcase the community to prospective residents
Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents
Follow up with prospects and work to convert leads into signed leases
Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and local networking
Support move-in and move-out processes
Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries
Complete administrative tasks including service requests, rent support, and resident communications
What You'll Bring
A positive, engaging personality and strong customer service mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
Strong communication and phone skills
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and property management systems)
Previous leasing or sales experience preferred
Valid drivers license and ability to occasionally travel to the other two properties as needed
Evenings and weekends may be required during peak leasing season or on an as needed basis
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay of $20-$23 based on experience
