Overview A Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering all incoming calls for Georgia Bone and Joint and either respond directly to the inquiry or redirect the call accordingly. The position schedules appointments for providers as well as collecting necessary information from the patient regarding insurance, required personal information, obtaining prior medical records, and/or obtaining pre-certification for the appointment.

Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service‑oriented environment with a high call volume. Organizational skills and the ability to multi‑task are essential to succeed in this position. Candidates must be able to work independently and make decisions based on training and knowledge, tolerate lengthy periods of sitting, and perform repetitive keyboard typing. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; experience working in the medical industry is a plus.
