Leasing Representative
Whitestone REIT, Dallas, TX, United States
Most real estate companies hire leasing agents to sign deals. We hire people to build communities. At Whitestone REIT, our centers are not just retail properties; they are neighborhood gathering points. Restaurants host birthdays and business meetings. Fitness studios become daily routines. Coffee shops become morning rituals. Our leasing professionals are expected to be visible driving participants in that ecosystem.
The person in this role will live the property; eating at the restaurants, knowing the business owners personally, and becoming a recognized figure within the surrounding community and brokerage network. When a retailer wants to enter the submarket, you should be one of the first people they call, not because you sent an email blast, but because you are known.
