Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Property Manager role located in Big Spring, TX. The Property Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of a multi‑family residential property, including managing leasing processes, ensuring tenant satisfaction, addressing maintenance requests, and optimizing property performance. The role involves supervising staff, managing budgets, coordinating vendor services, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Property Manager will also develop strategies to maximize occupancy rates, maintain property condition, and foster a strong sense of community among residents.
Qualifications
Strong property management skills, including leasing, tenant relations, and team supervision
Proficiency in facility maintenance coordination and vendor management
Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management
Knowledge of fair housing laws, lease agreements, and regulatory compliance
Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in multi‑family property management is highly desirable
Willingness to work on‑site in Big Spring, TX
