Job Summary Key Interiors is seeking a
Construction Superintendent
to lead day‑to‑day field operations across commercial and specialty construction projects.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who takes pride in running organised, efficient, and high‑quality jobsites while working closely with Project Managers and subcontractors.

️ Key Responsibilities
Lead daily on‑site construction operations and subcontractors
Maintain project schedules and keep work progressing on time
Enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance
Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendorsReview drawings and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications
Maintain jobsite organisation, cleanliness, and efficiency
Lead site meetings and communicate progress and issues clearly
Troubleshoot and resolve field issues quickly
✅ Qualifications
5–10+ years of commercial construction field experience
Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Foreman ready to step up
Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate jobsite activities
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Ability to work on‑site in Lombard, IL and surrounding areas
⭐ Preferred (but not required)
Experience in commercial interiors or tenant buildouts
Experience with lab, cleanroom, or high‑spec construction
Familiarity with Procore or similar construction software
Compensation & Growth
$115,000 – $130,000+ (based on experience)
