This role suits motivated, coachable professionals seeking structure, mentorship, and accountability while growing their own client base. We provide daily prospecting guidance, CRM support, training, and team meetings to help you deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
Complete PLACE Launch training and apply team systems for lead generation and client follow‑up
Prospect daily to maintain a database of 200+ contacts and convert leads into appointments
Respond promptly to inbound leads, adhering to team communication standards
Accurately track contacts, tasks, and transactions in the team CRM
Host at least two open houses monthly to generate leads and boost market presence
Guide buyers and sellers through agreements, pricing, marketing, and negotiations
Demonstrate strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and professionalism
Attend weekly meetings, training, and coaching sessions
Maintain team standards and support collaborative success
Qualifications
Licensed real estate professional
Available full‑time with no conflicts
Excellent written and verbal communication
Committed to outstanding customer service
Eager to learn and grow
Detail‑oriented and organized
Open to practicing scripts and following systems
Strong time management skills
Team player open to accountability
